Treasurer
Native of Lima and currently the treasurer, is a founding member of PATHere.org. Ms. Rauscher completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Subsequently, she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship, earned her Master of Education at Temple University, and received her license in Special Education from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since that time, Ms. Rauscher has made a career in nonprofit organizations for social action and mobilization in the United States.
For the past 29 years, she was the administrator of the Federal Defender Office in Philadelphia. In addition to her professional career, Ms. Rauscher has held board positions in volunteer cultural and social aid organizations to benefit Peruvians in Peru and in the United States.
