Balde\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Maritza A. Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong><\/h3><p>Mr. Balde\u00f3n, a graduate of Passaic Valley Regional High School, is heading to Montclair State University this fall, where he will pursue a major in education.
