The diversity of our lands, however, goes far beyond the generosity of our geography. Peru is a diverse and rich country also due to the peoples that inhabit it and have inhabited it since long before the Spanish Conquest. Having arrived the Bicentennial of our Republic of Peru, it is time that Peruvian society, as a whole, recognize, celebrate, disseminate, protect and include all the peoples that comprise it.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con los datos recopilados por numerosos ling\u00fcistas peruanos en el libro Lenguas originarias del Per\u00fa (2018), existen actualmente 48 lenguas ind\u00edgenas aparte del espa\u00f1ol o castellano. De \u00e9stas, no todas tienen la misma cantidad de hablantes, sino que muchas de ellas se encuentran en peligro de extinci\u00f3n o en algunos casos se est\u00e1 intentando recuperarlas del olvido. Es a partir de la Ley N.\u00b0 29735, la cual reglamenta como tarea del Estado Peruano velar por la preservaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de todas las lenguas originarias, que el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n junto a la Direcci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n Biling\u00fce Intercultural buscan crear y fomentar el uso de materiales educativos en todas las lenguas que se hablan en nuestro territorio. Adem\u00e1s, no cabe duda de que la educaci\u00f3n biling\u00fce intercultural de calidad es un elemento clave para llevar desarrollo y bienestar a las poblaciones rurales con gran cantidad de hablantes de alguna o m\u00e1s lenguas peruanas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f8ca541\" data-id=\"f8ca541\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c13590d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c13590d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De igual manera, el Ministerio de Cultura tiene la apuesta de poner en valor y a disposici\u00f3n del p\u00fablico peruano el acceso a todas las lenguas originarias a nivel nacional, por lo que desde el 2016 TVPer\u00fa lanz\u00f3 los noticieros \u00d1uqanchik y Jiwasanaka, con informaci\u00f3n en quechua y en aimara respectivamente. Este proyecto busca incorporar otras lenguas amaz\u00f3nicas importantes por su cantidad de hablantes, como son el awaj\u00fan y el ash\u00e1ninka. De igual modo, a ra\u00edz de la pandemia por el COVID-19 en el 2020, se tuvo en cuenta la diversidad ling\u00fc\u00edstica del pa\u00eds y se difundieron microinformativos y materiales para la prevenci\u00f3n de esta enfermedad en en cinco lenguas originarias para la poblaci\u00f3n quechua, aimara, awaj\u00fan, ash\u00e1ninka y shipibo-conibo. As\u00ed, cabe resaltar que las autoridades, a trav\u00e9s de la programaci\u00f3n cultural y educativa, est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s conscientes de la importancia de revalorar y fortalecer uno de los pilares m\u00e1s importantes en el mantenimiento de las identidades y tradiciones de los pueblos peruanos: la lengua originaria.<\/p><p>Finalmente, nuestra diversidad ling\u00fc\u00edstica corresponde tambi\u00e9n a los diferentes castellanos que se hablan en nuestro territorio. Como sabemos, el espa\u00f1ol o castellano diverge en cuanto a pa\u00edses y regiones, lo que nos da una particularidad al hablar el espa\u00f1ol peruano. Sin embargo, dentro de \u00e9ste encontramos tambi\u00e9n diferencias que, en parte, provienen del uso del castellano por hablantes biling\u00fces que tienen como lengua materna alguna lengua originaria. In this way, what is considered erroneously a &#8220;badly spoken&#8221; Spanish is nothing but the product of a lack of universal bilingual education that allows good performance by the speakers in their two languages, as well as, the discriminatory reactions of other Peruvians, those settled in urban areas, that are due to a lack of a deep understanding of our reality as a country of all its many groups and languages. It is because of this that upon recognizing our origins and reality of as a multicultural and multilingual country, it is important to remember that we Peruvians speak and dream in more than one language and that our forms of Spanish are not one, but multiple as our histories and our peoples. May the celebration of our bicentennial unite us in the same longing to integrate, while recognizing the cultural diversity of all Peruvians from the jungle, from the coast, and from the mountains of our country.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about these topics, the Ministry of Education makes available the book in PDF format, Lenguas originarias del Per\u00fa (2018)[1] where one can find detailed information on the various languages that were spoken and are spoken to this very day in our country.
